Together with a small group of committed Wake Forest alumni, you will discuss books, articles, videos, and podcasts to inform your thinking; share strategies and feedback; and receive one-on-one coaching, so that you may identify strengths and key areas of growth to move to the next level for you personally and professionally.
Mentoring groups are deep-dive, facilitated, professional development opportunities. Participants are expected to attend all meetings. These groups are open to alumni who graduated from the Undergraduate College only, and who identify as new to management or aspiring to a management-level position in the near future. In addition to the group experience you’ll get individual coaching along the way and leave with an action plan for what’s next for you.
