She began her professional path in Atlanta, Georgia, at SunTrust Bank (now Truist), where she excelled in a rotational development program that built her foundation in navigating shifting priorities and managing complex projects.

Transitioning into the tech sector, Sydni joined Google in Austin, Texas, as an Online Channels Specialist. In this role, she focused on discovering and advocating for diverse talent, ensuring equitable opportunities for candidates. Her journey continued to YouTube, where she served as a Partner Operations Manager working closely with Fashion and Beauty content creators, merging her operational expertise with her goal of impacting the media and entertainment space.

Currently, Sydni serves as a Partner Engagement Manager for YouTube TV and Primetime Channels.
