Caroline H. Mack (’15) | Chief Operating Officer, Spline | Aspen, CO

Hi, Wake alum! I grew up in countries across Africa and Asia as the daughter of a US diplomat and graduated from Wake Forest in 2015 with a dual degree in Economics and Chinese with Honors. I have spent the past decade working on global tech platforms across San Francisco, Cape Town, Singapore, Paris, and Sydney as a product leader for high-growth technology companies including Google, DocuSign, Canva, Tencent, and TripAdvisor. I’m currently the COO of Spline – a collaborative, web-based design platform where teams can take their interactive 3D scenes from zero to production on any platform.  Beyond my role at Spline, I also enjoy coaching startup founders on product-led growth as well as working with fellow alumni to help them chart their career path in tech.

I’m happy to talk to alumni about leading global teams, product management, revenue growth strategy (building a start up from $0-10M ARR & scaling a startup from $100M to $1B ARR), product-led growth, 3D design, building an AI startup, working in technology, and applying to/attending business school!
