Connect with Amy

Hello Wake Forest community!
I’m Amy, a 2018 Wake Forest graduate. After a few years in Washington, DC, I relocated to Denver, Colorado, where I’ve lived for the past five years.
I’m currently a Partnerships Manager at Allyant, an end-to-end digital accessibility company. My work focuses on building and scaling strategic partnerships that help organizations make their websites, documents, and digital experiences accessible to blind and low-vision users who rely on screen readers. I lead both the growth of existing partners — through sales enablement, technical support, and joint go-to-market efforts — and the development of new partnerships across the accessibility ecosystem.
At Wake Forest, I studied Biology with a minor in Studio Art. My career path has been equally interdisciplinary, spanning healthcare, software startups, cybersecurity, and now accessibility. These transitions weren’t always planned, but they’ve taught me that career paths rarely move in straight lines — and that thoughtful risk-taking often leads to the most meaningful growth.
I’m a strong believer in pursuing interests outside of work. Hobbies and creative outlets can sustain you through challenging seasons, prevent burnout, and sometimes even open unexpected professional doors.
I’m happy to connect with students and alumni about career pivots, relocating to a new city, navigating uncertain professional periods, building a non-linear career, or finding fulfillment beyond your 9-to-5.
