Hello there!

My name is David E. Nash, and I recently retired from McMahon DeGulis LLP, an Ohio environmental law firm. As an environmental lawyer for over 40 years, I negotiated diverse stakeholder interests to achieve real world business and legal solutions. My legal practice includes environmental issues relating to business and real estate transactions, regulatory matters and legislative matters, environmental litigation, and environmental enforcement actions, advanced energy, emerging technologies, corporate sustainability and climate change. I’ve also been recognized by Chambers USA, SuperLawyers, and Best Lawyers for his work in environmental law.

I am currently active in a number of community economic revitalization projects. I convened of the Corporate Sustainability Network, an economic development community action team. I currently serve on the Boards of Conscious Capitalism North East Ohio, the Rocky River Public Library Foundation, the Rocky River Green Team, Bike Rocky River, and as an informal advisor and mentor to other groups and individuals.
