Young Alumni Mentoring Groups
Are you looking to gain clarity on who you are and how your work aligns with what’s important to you? Would you like to do this work while building a strong network of Wake Forest alumni?
Since 2013, Young Alumni Mentoring Groups have provided a unique opportunity for hundreds of Wake Forest young professionals to come together for facilitated conversation, reflection, action planning, and to make meaningful connections about life and work. Together, you and your fellow group members will discuss:
- How do I excel where I am?
- How might I figure out my next step?
- Is it possible to find work that aligns with my personal values?
- How can I get feedback from my manager and colleagues?
- How do I set and uphold boundaries for my personal and professional wellbeing?
Mentoring groups are deep-dive, facilitated, professional development opportunities. Participants are expected to attend all meetings. These groups are open to alumni who graduated from the Undergraduate College only, in class years 2020 – 2023. In addition to the group experience you’ll get individual coaching along the way and leave with an action plan for what’s next, for you.

“This group was an excellent way to connect with other alumni whom I might never have met otherwise to discuss meaningful topics in our personal and professional lives. Talking through these heavy topics with people in both similar and quite different situations helped provide a wide range of insights and perspectives. A great forum to discuss the big things on your mind and realize that you are not alone!”
