We can all use a new productivity tool, to help manage tasks and to-do lists and keep ourselves organized. One such tools is the bullet journal, “a mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity system.” In this article by Katie O’Malley from Elle, you will learn not only what a bullet journal is, but also how it can help to manage the Zeigarnik Effect – the phenomenon that allows our brains to remember what we need to do better than those things we’ve already done – and walks you through the process of creating your own.  As a bonus, the article features research from Wake Forest’s own E. J. Masicampo!
