You’ve seen the stories about all the ways AI is changing work, from taking people’s jobs to automating roles to impacting hiring and more. And while there is truth to some of this, the reality is, we just don’t know yet all the ways this new technology is going to upend our lives, or if it even will.

For managers, it just adds a layer of complexity to an already complex role: how do you effectively manage people in a high tech world? The answer to that question is complex, as well, but it starts and ends with this: Don’t manage the tool, develop the human.
